• It could be your internet connection. Is it DSL, Cable? What bandwidth to you have? The slower it is the less likely you'll get a stable connection. You may also want to look at making sure the firmware is updated. That could resolve that issue as well. Good luck.

• You might have low bandwidth on your internet. 4k videos require more bandwidth than regular 1080 HD. I'm able to watch some UltraFlix previews in 4k on my H8C, but even my internet at 25 Mbs struggles to play the video without stopping to load more.
