- Answer Best Buy has Geek Squad calibration, it's pricey but alot cheaper if you have the Total Home Protection plan, which I highly recommend.

QuestionJust bought this TV yesterday. I can't figure out how to program the Direct TV remote to it. Any idea of where to get remote codes? is it 3 digit or 4 digit code?

- Answer Get the codes from Directv. Turn on your Directv box and with the Directv remote click on Menu. Then click on Settings and help. Then click on settings.then scroll down to remote control.then click on program remote. Then find Hisense and it will give you codes.

- Answer Yes it does but it is poor. YouTube is an app you can add to the Roku menu, similar to Apple TV or Amazon Firestick

Questiontv said 2160 pixels, when set up the highest it allows me to click on is 1080 pixels. am I missing something?

- Answer It depends on what your source material is. If you are only watching cable or OTA TV, or a standard Blu Ray disc, then the maximum resolution the TV will display is 1080P. You must be watching a 2160 source, such as a YouTube 4K video, a Netflix show filmed in 4K, or a 4K UHD disc in order for the TV to display full 2160 resolution. This is not a fault of the TV. It is completely normal.

QuestionWe've recently purchased a 50' Hisense - Roku television. While watching television it will power off and reboot itself. Can you please tell me why that is? We've read tbe Manuel and searches for answers online to no avail. Thank You
