Hi Prince, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 50U6G. You can connect an antenna to the tv to access local channels or use the smart features that are available such as Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa. As to which is best, I "assume" your are speaking of the tv as in Roku tv, Android tv, etc.? The builtin streaming service has little to do with the quality and is more a personal preference.
