• Yes you can. I suggest setting up a Plex server on your NAS and installing the Plex app from the TV,, Roku, Chromecast, Fire Stick, etc.. to stream all your content.

• Yes, there's an app called media center you can use. I have a QNAP NAS and the app saw it without problems...I was able to play one of videos (MP4) easily.
