Question is vague. Upgraded to what or with what? It is a fully functional 4K smart TV with speakers, remote and stand, wall mountable and lots of inputs like USB, HDMI, A/V. There are no 4K video sources available or any TV streams yet easily to exploit its 4K capability. If one has a 4K video camera then perhaps one can check out its true 4K performance. The main reason I bought it is at the price point of $500, it had a very good video quality better than some known brand and an unbeatable mfr 4 year parts and labor warranty.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, it has to update at initial setup for any software upgrades it needs
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This TV does not require any upgrades.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine did not; as part of the setup process you will be prompted to connect the TV to your network and any upgrades should happen at that time. As long as the TV remains connected to the internet it will receive periodic upgrades. It's my understanding that if you can't hook it up to the Internet you can contact Hisense support and get a software update that you can install via the USB port.
