QuestionWhat is the distance between the stand feet?

- Answer I measured 34 inches from where they attach to the tv. But the distance on my stand for the feet is 38 inches.

- Answer Hisense is reverting back to its previous warranty coverage period of one year parts and labor for all new televisions sold in the United States of America and Puerto Rico, effective April 1, 2017. Hisense will continue to honor the warranty coverage periods per the warranty cards provided with the new TV for consumers who purchased their televisions prior to April 1, 2017. QuestionAre you able to stream from your phone to the tv, if so what is the app that is to be used?

- Answer Anyview cast... The tv has an input named Anyview cast. When selected, the tv "waits" for the external device to connect. From your streaming device, select the cast icon and then select the tv. Can also just select the cast icon on the streaming device and tv goes into Anyview cast mode, and connects. On my android, I am able to go into screen mirroring and stream my phone screen to the tv. Everything shows on the tv.

QuestionI am unable to get any sound coming out my sound bar when I connect it to the TV. I connect it with RCA cables and optical cable, still no sound. Is there an option in the menu to finish setting up the sound bar?

QuestionDoes the tv get a smooth 60fps as a blue ray should output? I just got this tv and I can’t get the smooth experience. I know it’s not a top of the line tv but still should upscale. Feels like it’s not doing the full upscale. Could be wrong

- Answer The tv itself has a good picture and its a good deal but I want to say it has a bad programming on the apps because we countinously have to be resetting the Netflix app to manufacture setting in order to watch it and you are not able to remove it because it's programmed into the tv.

- Answer geek squad said if the fireplace is brick i believe it is an extra 300.00. i would stick to your basic wall unless you have a friend who can mount it on your fireplace. it can be done but, is pricey if you use geek squad.
