Hello, and thank you for being a Hisense customer! There is no reason your Fios connection should not work with this TV. If you are connecting via Ethernet cable, change the cable and try again. If itds a wireless connection, perform a factory data reset on the TV and try again, if that fails, look into contacting your internet provider to check that the router and data access are functioning correctly!
