You need to enable HDMI 2.0 "Enhanced" on each input you are using for a 4K source. Press the menu, go to "Input", select the desired input and select "HDMI Enhanced"

What I have found with my U6G is the better the content I put to the TV the better it performs. That is where these TVs lack, the ability to upscale content. That is where the more expensive Sony and Samsung TVs excell. I am not saying this isn’t a great TV I am very happy with mine but what I am saying is to get the best out of this model you need to put 4K content to it.

You can test the 4K picture using a 4K video in an application such as YouTube. If you have any further questions or concerns please give us a call at 1-888-935-8880 or email us at [email protected]. Thanks Again, Harley with the Hisense Support Team.
