Q: QuestionHow do I get my Xbox Series X to get out of 640. The Xbox is telling me the tv is not 4K.
Asked by Goose.
- A:Answer Make sure your TV's HDMI sources are outputting 4k (enhanced) signals. Determined by proper HDMI cables and TV settings. Different for every TV, but it's a per HDMI source setting and need to make sure you are using the physical 2.1 HDMI connection on your TV which should be labeled as such.

Q: QuestionDoes this TV have a full OTA program guide? I can press up on the white circle on the remote to see program information for the current station, but I do not see a way to see all the local stations guide information on one screen.
Asked by woo.
- A:Answer While watching Broadcast Channels, You can see a Station list by pressing the OK button that pops a list on the right side of the screen which you can scroll to your network station to select. (no programming info) Or press the Home button (house Ikon) then at the top of screen, Choose Live by pressing the left arrow then OK. Scroll down to choose Tuner or Google TV you'll see a guide type timeline list with what's showing, a synopsis at the top, no channel numbers but channel tag names and a present time line that you can scroll right to check out future shows. Lots to watch.

Q: QuestionI am guessing the width stated of 57 inches is inaccurate seeing as the diagonal is only 55? Someone needs to take a math class.
Asked by Millertime.
- A:Answer You're absolutely correct. They got the math wrong, the width should be 43.93 inches and height is 33.1 (shown in their picture) in order to achieve a diagonal of 55 inches using the Pythagorean theorem

Q: QuestionIs this set best for dimly lit rooms or brightly lit rooms? And is the viewing angle wide for six viewers?
Asked by Karlos.
- A:Answer Hi Karlos, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 55U7H. The Hisense U7H is great for mixed usage. It's best for watching movies in SDR or HDR in a dark room thanks to its excellent contrast ratio and good local dimming feature. It's also good for watching shows or sports in a bright room, as it can easily overcome glare thanks to its high SDR peak brightness and good reflection handling.
