Hey hisense.... Stop being lazy and stop avoiding these highly relevant questions! Tell your customers WHEN will the firmware updates WE NEED become available to us!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am running a ps5 at 120hz with no issue at all. I’ve only had the TV for about a month so maybe there was a recent firmware update. Be sure to push the button on the remote that looks like a little box with two lines in it when on the correct input. Enable the enhanced format on the hdmi tab and then you get all the gaming goodness. Go to the game zone tab to enable game information to verify you are running 120hz.
