• You have to go into the video settings of the PS5.

• There’s different HDMI inputs in the back. Make sure you’re in the HD one, then go to settings in picture, it can handle PS5 4k so it’s either the settings on your tv or the PS5. Also make sure your HDMI cable can handle 4k. Not all HDMI are equal.
