“Can this tv be connected with cox cable services. When I choose the input button on the tv remote the screens says to use the arrpw buttons and the "ok" button in the center to select a language. But the arrow buttons and center button do not respond.”

Yes this television works with the Cox cable services, However the TV remote will allow you to power on and off and adjust the volume for the cable settings you will need to use the cable remote.
