QuestionI recently connected my Apple airpods to the Hisense 65H6570F TV via bluetooth. After the airpods were successfully paired, I could hear it in my airpods but the volume is too low even though I increase the TV volume to MAX, it didnt make any difference

- Answer One thing I noticed with my Soundbar, that was different on this tv than my Samsung, is that the soundbar IS NOT controlled by the volume on the tv like it was on my Samsung. On the Samsung, if I turned the tv volume up, it turned up the Soundbar. This Hisense TV, I have to use the Soundbar remote and it only controls the Soundbar. The Soundbar is connected thru an optical cord though. I could not find a way to pair my soundbar with blutooth on this tv. (like it was on my last one). Don't know if that helps you, though. Love this tv

QuestionI purchased this and have an Amazon Fire Stick 4K. It will not show in 4K at all. I can take it to two other 4K TV's that I have and it shows 4K. Also channel scan finds 110 digital and 2 analog and when I go to watch it shows 1. Support is worthless

- Answer I scan channels, it says it found 110 digital 2 analog. When it's done I go to watch TV and it only shows 1 analog channel no other channels are available. It's not my cable provider I have had this same setup on 2 different TV's one of which was a Hisense 50 inch 4K TV. Somethings wrong with that and then there is the HDMI 4K issue with the 4K fire stick.

QuestionIs there a way to access the channel/tv guide on this model? I see it has a description of what's on when I turn it to a channel, but I'd like to see a list of what will be on later as well.

If you are using the HDMI connection then you would need to use the remote for the device you have connected to access the TV Guide however if you have an antenna connected then no this feature is not available.
