  • QuestionMy remote got water spilled on it and of course i expected for it to not work. Then i tried to locate buttons so i could use t.v. but found no buttons for notbing not volume channel change menu nothing does this tv even have operation buttons ????

  • QuestionCan this tv be connected with cox cable services. When I choose the input button on the tv remote the screens says to use the arrpw buttons and the "ok" button in the center to select a language. But the arrow buttons and center button do not respond.

  • QuestionHello, I just had this TV delivered Friday, it is extremely slow. I have Firesticks and a Roku smart TV throughout the house that run so much faster than this TV. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is there a way to fix this to avoid returning?

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
