“I got up this morning and my TV won't connect to Uverse and when I just try to listen to Pandora, there is no sound. I tried adjusting the sound and checking to see if it was muted but nothing happens. I only bought it on Oct. 12.”

Hello Hisense Customer, Customer, Thank you for your interest in the 65H6570G. We're sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the sound on your television. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
