“On netflixs and Hulu on some shows the sound isnt working anymore. How do I fix this? Only had the tv for 20 days”

We're truly sorry that on Netflix and Hulu on some shows there is no sound, this might be a specific program, however this is no more acceptable to us than it is to us.
