Q: QuestionI got up this morning and my TV won't connect to Uverse and when I just try to listen to Pandora, there is no sound. I tried adjusting the sound and checking to see if it was muted but nothing happens. I only bought it on Oct. 12.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Q: QuestionDoes this tv have hdmi 2.1?

- A:Answer Sorta. It supports 2.1 but not officially, I guess. 2.2 (eArc) is not supported at all.

Q: QuestionI just started using my Hisense - 65" Class H65G Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV and was always asking for updating and i started updating it and during the updating process the screen just went off and can not get it on again. How can i get it on?
