It has an optical output. I was worried when I purchased it because nowhere did it really mention it. I’ve hooked up an LG sound bar and subwoofer and it works perfectly.

Soundbars can be connected to this television via Digital Optical Audio Output, HDMI ARC or Bluetooth.
