At this point I do not have a home theater receiver, I am only using the TV speakers. This said, I initially had lip sync issues and ultimately solved them by setting the "Audio Out" on the Comcast box to "Stereo - PCM". I hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not use cable so have not experienced your problem directly. However, over at the site that is named after the largest jungle in South America, I have read in the comments section for this TV that it is a problem without cure, in many instances. I would suggest going over there and reading up. Good Luck!
