We had the same problem. We have Verizon Fios. Tech person came and changed the “Additional HDMI settings” - “Lip Synch - Manual” - “Lip Synch Delay” to “100 MSEC” on ours and all works fine now. Not sure if that will work for you as well, but it’s worth a shot!
