A:Answer We have a new 65" Hisense 9E plus TV and a new will call D satellite 4K system set up it is the real problem with our lip sync issue, very annoying! Never a single issue noted when using Netflix, or any other different input source on Wi-Fi. Repeated contact to D tech support repeat response, they know they have a problem and are working on it. They stated deadline of resolving and having a "fix" date of September 30, 2018. well NO FIX. I switched out the new 4K box, connected an older NON 4K box from that TV and no more lip sync issues on the 65" Hisense! I requested a switch back to old non 4K upgrade system for three main reasons. 1) limited broadcast of three or four channels, 2) No approximant time for future fix related to the 4K lip sync issue. )3 I noticed that either the new or older remotes never even listed any Hisense 65" models at all so we can't program the older remote to the main 4K receiver. So now $119. to switch back to non 4K... I must just add that my brother has the same model TV only in 55" using a major brand cable system and he has "0" NO issues, were very disappointed with D satellite, TV no fault of Hisense we really like the TV.
