Use HDMI port 3 or 4 on the back of the TV and not the port on the side.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to go into the TV settings and turn on the Enhanced HDMI for the port you are using.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Call Hisense customer service. I had a similar situation occur for my Apple TV 4k. Everyone, including Hisense told me ports 3 + 4. I tried high speed cables, and the works. NOthing worked. i even called Apple and complained. Called Hisense, gave them my serial number (Important) and the guy told me that they switched it to ports 1 + 2. He was able to look this up by my serial number. I was doubtful, but tried it. Boom! 4k HDR automatically switched. The rep was happy for me and said that serial numbers for this model, made AFTER a certain date (Forgive me, but I forgot), 4K is HDMI ports 1 +2. Hope this helps! Wish I would have known.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ok, this was the problem: The PS4 PRO will run in 4K with HDR only on HDMI Ports 3 & 4. The TV's HDMI Ports 1 & 2 will only run in 1080P. Don't know if this is the case with other devices, but it is the case with the PS4 PRO.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you try PS4's settings?
