We're so sorry that you've experience the issues with your television freezing up as well as having audio issues and apps (Disney Plus) freezing up as well. We really want to get to the bottom of this as much as you do, so we are kindly asking you to perform a factory reset by going to Settings>>Device preferences>> Factory reset.
