A:AnswerI have tried downloading the Direct TV now app, but it holds Wi-Fi great. I have a Sharp 50" that I purchased a couple years ago it does very well though it does have to sign in quite a bit but I assign that to spectrum more so than the tv in this area
A:AnswerHDMI ports are pointing to the left side of the TV...about half way up the back. Oddly the power cord is pointing out the right side of the TV and the cord is about 3' long at most.

A:AnswerHDR means High Dynamic Range. It is the current big thing for 4K TVs and 4K content. The term originates in photography and refers to a technique to heighten a picture's dynamic range. The contrasts between the brightest whites and the darkest blacks.
A:AnswerTV has 60Hz refresh rate (pretty much standard for the budget TVs). It also features Motion Rate 120 to minimize lag for smooth motion. I guess it's software smoothing to make it more like 120Hz refresh rate. How does that translate to real world usage/performance?
Surprisingly, way better than you may think. First off, I am no professional gamer. My brother and I have been playing my Xbox 360 titles on it and there is no lag. We mostly play "couch/local co-op split-screen" games like Serious Sam 3, Call Of Duty Black Ops 1 & 2 Zombies and Call Of Duty: Ghosts - Extinction Mode. These are all very fast paced games and we haven't noticed any issues with lag whatsoever.
***Word of advice - seriously consider investing into a surround 5.1 sound bar setup. It took our gaming experience to a completely new level. Stock speakers are barely adequate for watching regular TV programming.
A:AnswerI suspect it's 60hz The specs say 'Motion Rate 120' and don't even mention the refresh rate on the page. Trying to make the tv seem 'better' than it is. Almost as though the manufacturer is trying to gaslight the customer. Most tv's (especially budget priced) are 60hz.
