what's the refresh rate? Doesn't say null

I suspect it's 60hz The specs say 'Motion Rate 120' and don't even mention the refresh rate on the page. Trying to make the tv seem 'better' than it is. Almost as though the manufacturer is trying to gaslight the customer. Most tv's (especially budget priced) are 60hz.
