Look at your remote and press the settings go down to picture off and press ok your picture should come back on

If that doesn’t work, try unplugging it and try a different wall socket. If none of those work, I would try to contact their customer support, regardless of TV brand, some have problems with boards that they get from other vendors.

Mine has been perfect from the beginning but I had another that lost picture after 5 years. I think it’s overall a great product for the price just sometimes things are not built right
