• Look at your remote and press the settings go down to picture off and press ok your picture should come back on

• Make sure that you have the proper input selected and that all of your connections are tightly connected. If that doesn’t work, try unplugging it and try a different wall socket. If none of those work, I would try to contact their customer support, regardless of TV brand, some have problems with boards that they get from other vendors.

• Some tvs are factory defective and I recommend returning the item for replacement. Mine has been perfect from the beginning but I had another that lost picture after 5 years. I think it’s overall a great product for the price just sometimes things are not built right
