We just purchased the Canvas tv and we are so disappointed in the power cord. We purchased a recessed outlet to replace the standard outlet behind our tv. Even with the recessed outlet, the tv does not sit flat on the wall. We have purchased a flat power cord adapter in hopes this will fix the issue. Very confused as to why Hisense would not include the correct power cord needed for a tv such as this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It’s a regular plug, which is awful. We had an outlet put in behind where the tv would be assuming it was a flat plug. Had the tv installed by BB, now we have to remove it and have the outlet recessed so we can use it.

To keep the TV completely flush, users might have to install a recessed power outlet in the wall.
