I have the 65" Canvas TV and had the same question. Try this: when in "art mode" with art on your TV, hit the "ok" button, select "Photo Collections" at the top, and then scroll down to "my photos" and click on the "+" to begin adding your own photos/artwork. You can upload them from your mobile device (phone, etc) or plug in a USB to the USB port on the TV. I selected the mobile device option and it opened a QR code on the TV for me to connect my phone to the TV. Using my phone's camera I aimed it at the QR code then clicked the link and it opened software in a browser to select my photos and upload them to my Canvas TV (see image attached). You can upload files between 100kb to 20MB in size. It looks like my TV has 17GB of internal storage available for my own photos/images of art. Of course, you will need to have the photos/artwork you want to upload either on your phone or you can send yourself the URL from the page that opened on your phone to your laptop - I copied and pasted the URL into a text message to myself and then opened that message on my laptop and copied the URL to a browser on my laptop so I could upload photos/artwork from my laptop device instead of my phone. But either way, this is one solution for getting your own artwork onto the Canvas TV. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi ReverendTrask, Thank you for your interest in the Hisense 65S7N. The Art Mode can be switched on upon initial setup once CanvasTV is powered up. Once the feature is turned on, it will activate automatically when the TV is powered off. The user can also set the amount of time Art Mode stays on before it turns off. If you have any further questions or concerns, please give us a call at 1-888-935-8880 or email us at [email protected]. Thanks again, Harley with the Hisense Support Team.
