“I am trying to use the 4k fire stick tv and it does not show up as 4K on the screen. The resolution is 1920x1080. Any advice.”

I figured it out. You have to go into settings on the firestick remote by holding the up arrow (top part of the circle) and the back arrow for 10-12 seconds. Then the option to change the firestick to send 4K signal is enabled. Crazy...but true.
