“Does this pass through Dolby Atmos. I currently have a Vizio tv and Vizio Dolby Atmos sound bar. Sadly it only plays Atmos via vudo, and blu ray. I'd like to be able to watch Netflix, Amazon prime etc that play Atmos.”

All of the Atmos supported apps I have used, Netflix, Apple TV and HBO Max pass Atmos via ARC to my connected sound bar.

This unit supports HDMI ARC which can allow you to receive Dolby Atmos audio from streaming services that use the format, including Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. These services embed Dolby Atmos in a Dolby Digital Plus stream, which ARC can handle.
