QuestionWhat panels will the 55”, 65” and 75” use, VA or IPS? Are the HDMI 2.1 ports full bandwidth 48gbps or are they 40gbps?

The 65" and 55" models have vertical alignment (VA) panels, while the 75" has an IPS panel. Questionin reading the manual online for the 65" u7g it indicates that it needs a separate bracket that is not included in order to use it with a wall mount system, is that accurate? will it not fit directly onto a wall mount system using VESA on the bacK?

- Answer I own two of these TVs and had zero issues with mounting brackets. I purchased one from Amazon and the other from harbor freight.

- Answer I believe the specs say yes and Atmos is available in the sound menu however my my JBL Bar 5.1 does not support Atmos so cant speak to function.

QuestionI got the 65 inch form my Son in Law, he had it wall mounted but I would like to attach the legs but he can't find the 4 screw's. what size screw's and thread type do i need or where can I order replacement screw's ?

QuestionHow wide are the feet that hold the tv up, at it's widest point? I wanna make sure my tv stand is wide enough to support it.

- Answer There are two different mounting locations for the legs on the 65" version. The widest option measures 47" and the narrower option measures 36". The depth of the legs are 10 1/2" and the clearance to the tv stand is 2 1/2" high at its lowest point (there's a center RF sensor and microphone hump, see product pictures for reference). The clearance to the tv stand should be considered if you're planning on using a sound bar under the tv. NOTE: the RF sensor can be blocked if you're planning on controlling the TV with the supplied remote as it operates via Bluetooth.

QuestionAnyone else have trouble with this tv cutting off and on repeatedly until unplugged. Then it’ll work for a few hours before doing again. If so, did geek squad fix it or replace?

- Answer No, you shouldn't. What are you viewing? If you have a gaming console, DVD player, or other device, I would check the settings from where the video feed is coming from. Do you have a 4k compatible HDMI cable? I would check the HDMI cable also.

QuestionI have a ps5 and I connected the hdmi to the 2.1 port but when I change it to my ps5 it reads that it’s at 60hz so my question is do I need to buy a specific 2.1 hdmi cord for it to get the 120hz? The tv is amazing I love it no complains .
