“It looks like the bottom border has a larger bezel? If I were to set up this TV with a 2x2 video wall, is it possible to hang the top 2 TV's upside down and flip the horizontal orientation so it has the thinnest possible border between the tv's?”

You might be able to flip the picture the opposite way using a pc, but to my knowledge the TV itself doesn't have the ability to flip the picture upside down for the purpose you're wanting to use it for.
