The Brightness is rated for 1500 Nits on the U8K. The U8H is sub-1000 Nits. That's the biggest difference. And much better speakers on the U8K, if that matters to you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The U8K has double the local dimming zones and it's a 144hz panel. The U8H is 120hz. That's really only relevant if you're going to use it with a pc for gaming. Other than that they're very similar from a functional standpoint. The legs for the stand are slightly different but look pretty similar, and it seems that the U8k sits a little lower than the U8H.

The U8H is an excellent TV for watching movies in a dark room thanks to its high contrast ratio and great local dimming feature. HDR content looks incredible as it gets incredibly bright and has a wide color gamut, so the latest movies looks incredibly realistic and lifelike. It's a great TV for watching shows or sports in a bright room as well. It's an amazing TV for gaming thanks to its HDMI 2.1 bandwidth, FreeSync support, low input lag, and fast response time. If you have any further questions or concerns please give us a call at 1-888-935-8880 or email us at [email protected]. Thanks again, Harley with the Hisense Support Team.
