One set of stands included. Two positions. Either wide or narrower mount. Two screws for each included stand. Simple, easy. I use the narrower position and it's sturdy. Happy with TV. The TV speakers with back of TV subwoofer sounded much better than I anticipated. I had already purchased a a Vizio M512E-K6 - really great sound - and I decided to keep it.
