A:Answer Best Buy will tell you, like they told me, that since my tv is out of warranty, I can pay for the repair, or I can buy a replacement. My tv is just over two years old, and has the same issue (posted a review highlighting it), and instead of paying to repair it I’ll just replace the thing. After contacting Hisense and Best Buy offices about how suspect it is that the tv goes bad a month after the two year manufacturer warranty expires.
