“In the Picture Menu the Picture Size setting is greyed out and unresponsive while streaming from various apps such as Amazon Prime Video. Is there a way to enable the Picture Size? I'm using WiFi so it can't be the cable.”

Go into settings Click on picture Click on reset This will reset your tv picture only, so you won't loose any other setting. Hope this helps
