  • QuestionWhat are the dimensions of the box it comes packed in; I don't know if this will fit in my (smallish) SUV?

    • Answer Not sure on the dimensions of box mine is long gone. I hauled mine in a Ram 1500 with a 6 foot 4 inch bed and had to angle it slightly. You also have to haul it standing up. I got asked how I was hauling it 6 times by various Best Buys employees before I got to the front of the store to buy it. I do not think they will help load it if you don't have a vehicle to stand it up in.

    • Answer The H65 series HDMI - ARC does not support Dolby Atmos with Disney +, Hulu, Prime or Starz. Haven't tried it with any other.. Hisense told me this TV does not support Dolby Digital Surround Sound or Dolby Atmos It only supports DTS. Hisense string me along for 7 months telling me that the TV did have Dobby, They even sent it out to be fixed. The technician at the repair shop told me that this series H65 TV was not compatible with Dobby. When I called back Hisense they then admitted to me that this TV only supports DTS. After 7 months I cannot return it. They basically told me I was stuck with it. Hisense; Case number H1475613

    • Answer I know it is 66 inches wide, but with the box it is huge. They tell you the exact dimensions on one of the photos and Iits hard to say but if I was to guess I would say no it won’t fit in the explorer

  • QuestionI already own one Hisense 55" and it works with Alexa. Does this one work with Alexa also? Don't know if the one I have is Android or not. Bought it 4 yrs ago for $400. I'm thinking of putting it in my bedroom so maybe I can watch without glasses.
