The people who created my tv, if your goal was to make me suffer by including a remote control with no numbers, well congratulations ! Can you imagine having to to use a up and down control to go through 2000 channels? Ive wasted HOURS trying to get to channels far apart, my thumb wore out. I will NEVER purchase another Hisense tv unless the control has numbers. Many feel like I do.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your should buy a universal remote made for the Hisense tv. You can get it at Amazon for cheap. I purchased one and it works great on my Hisense tv.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you watch OTA TV, not cable, you select channels with the remote. After doing a channel scan to set up a list of channels you can receive, you press the OK button on the remote. The list of scanned channels comes up and you can use the buttons above and below the OK to find a desired channel. Then press the OK button to select it and then the <-- button to make the list go away and watch the chosen channel.
