Heard a rumor that the 75 inch version has an IPS panel, can you confirm this rumor? null

Earlier, Hisense replied on the 65U7G product page (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hisense-65-class-u7g-series-quantum-uled-4k-uhd-smart-android-tv/6457433.p?skuId=6457433) that all sizes would use a VA Panel.

Can you please confirm the panel type for the 75U7G?

Mine just arrived today, unfortunately I believe it's an IPS. It has local dimming but terrible contrast, the entire dimming zone turns a hazy grey. Off angle viewing doesn't wash out so that's a plus. I'll write a review with some photos later. It's a decent tv otherwise but it's definitely a deal breaker if you want the contrast and near OLED level performance of VA panels.
