- Answer The HEPA-Type filter of this unit will need to be replaced every 6 to 8 months. However, if you upgrade to a True-HEPA filter, you will only need to change it every 12 to 18 months. - Answer This air purifier does not cool. This is a mini tower air purifier that is recommended for small rooms up to 155 square feet. Thank you.

- Answer Yes. Filter is already on. Not sure about filtering mold but I can tell you it is not a mold filtering device.
