Please try again later.I had my stove delivered and installed (and they take away the old stove to be recycled if you want), but it can be bothersome because there are two different sets of people (at least for stoves). The delivery people do not install. The installation people do not deliver. So, you have to schedule the delivery people to come before the installation people, and this typically happens on two different days. If you schedule them for the same day, you have no way to guarantee that the delivery people get there before the install people.

However, I needed to have an additional technician come to get the sound bar and remote functions operating. Best Buy set this up at no extra cost, but I did need to call and have this additional technician appointment arranged. The delivery personnel were not able to take care of the sound bar and remote needs.
