Just make sure old appliances are unhooked and unplugged. Also make sure they have easy access for delivery.

If you have raised door trim at the floor in the doorway you should find a way to protect it like wrapping a towel over the sides or thin wood. Ensure that 2 washing machine hoses, the dryer vent and cord is included with the install. Homes use different types of cords for the dryer and depending on your home you require that specific cord. You do not replace the receptical in your home unless it stops working or you are remodeling or have a oddball code(urban areas).

My washer broke while their “total” covered the issue the process took over 45 days. Ended up replacing the washer but in the process delivered a scratched product, damaged my house and left styrofoam all over my community. No one wants to take responsibility for anything that transpired.
