Today they cancelled by saying I was no longer a member, WOW. They wouldn’t even allow me to get another plan, just done! No notice just done. I bayed $700. + for a ECo Printer. Now unable to get it fixed, even if it’s out of pocket. Will not shop in Best Buy again

She was so helpful very professional very knowledgeable easy to talk to helped us out a lot to choose a laptop that we were looking for. She made our experience at Best Buy pleasurable no frustration. She’s a very good associate, I would give her five stars.
