The BB Geek Squad agent was very helpful. My brick wall-hung flat screen TV was no longer working, and this was my first time buying a TV on my own. The agent patiently answered all my questions and offered me different options: TVs that would allow re-use of the current mounting bracket vs. TVs that would require a new bracket to be installed on the brick wall (above unused fireplace). I was nervous to have someone drill into the brick, but the agent was very confident and that eased my concern. He installed the new mount and TV with no issues and went over the features and tips for my new TV and remote as well. I asked about sound bars as well, and he didn't hard sell me into one. It was a blessing to have an agent who listened to my vision for the end goal, answered my questions, and helped me to decide on the best setup for my situation.

Matt and Taylor installed our Bowers & Wilkins 700 Series 3 and MartinLogan Dynamo 10 Subwoofer to our recently purchased AVR X3800H. All components were unpacked, connected and configured while they explained the what’s, whys and hows of the system. They also provided suggestions and alternative to our pre existing home entertainment system. During installation, Taylor was pleasantly surprised when the subwoofers (much needed, but separately sold) compatible wireless adapter was also included in our order. This is thanks to Logan and Aaron who were very knowledgeable about the products and ensuring the adapter was included when processing our in store purchase. Taylor adjusted all speaker output settings, ensured we were comfortable with the sound output, configured our remote, provided instructions, then cleared away all packaging. My husband and I are very pleased with our overall experience with our Best Buy purchase (Logan and Aaron) and installation by Geek Squad (Taylor and Matt).

Cody & Chris installed our new LG TV with precision & expertise. Very efficient, clean and personable. Thorough explanations of how everything works. Answered all questions & took their time. You can tell these two love their jobs & helping people. Excellent service!

Home theater site survey. Arrived on time and was very friendly. He agreed with my ideas on the home theater and offered suggestions

The agents changed out my defective tv and mounted the new one and also hooked up all my equipment. They did a good job of set up and explaining how to operate everything. Great Install and Service

Kevin did an excellent job! He was personable and knowledgeable! He reset my camera doorbell, showed me a couple of things about it and my door lock! Assessed what I already have. Geek Squad was great! However the store attendant allowed us to purchase the incorrect mount after a preinstall site survey was conducted. Before purchasing the tv and mount I informed the store attendant a site survey was conducted. I informed the store our information from survey was there but they pretended like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Consequently Geek Squad had to use a different mount than the one I purchased which was significantly more.

Greek Squad came out and did a great job installing by new 86' TV and surround sound! Raul and Alex were a great team and were so helpful in walking me through all the features. What a great experience!!!

Woodley answered so many questions that I had and added so much new founded info on home theater systems and TVs. Tv and receiver were hooked up and everything was right from the get go. Appreciate that man.

His name is DeSantis, were the young man who came in from from geek service reset up my system due to the fact that we had to have a disassemble because my house is being remodeled, he only need to do one, but he set up reset up everything to make sure that it works properly in a timely manner. This guy is awesome the best of the best I think is the Santis. If it’s not is DeSantis he is the best I don’t care what is it is I can never pronounce a bit is the best, and one of the team member

I purchased a 70 inch TV that needed to fit over a 50 inch cubby hole. I had no clue what kind of mount I needed or how to mount the TV. A store sales associate suggested one mount that was way out of my price range. Sencing my concern, she suggested the Geek Squad come out to my house for a free consultation. I am so glad I agreed because it saved me almost half what was estimated at the store. The consultant actually became my installer and worked quickly to get my installation scheduled. She did an excellent professional job. I highly recommend using the Geek Squad to have your TV professionally installed.

Bill and Greg are the best !!! They took my dead Orbi Wi-Fi extender and brought it back to life…. They were the most polite and courteous teams I have scene…. These guys are genius in there approach from troubleshooting to finding a resolve…. They worked very hard to solve my problems and truly they DID in a magnificent way!!
