“Are the massage heads suppose to light up when the "heat" function is on? The heat is so minimal that I don't really feel anything.”

• No, the heads won't light up. The heat function requires that you remove the hard or soft massage head covers (both come with it). Mine takes about one minute to reach skin temperature, and another minute to feel warm. It does not get heating-pad hot.

• I have the same issue with mine. Was thinking or returning it but I didn't buy it for the heating feature.
