A:Answer Hi Lee! There are a couple reasons why the Honeywell Warm Moisture Humidifier might be acting this way. The first reason is there isn't enough water in the tank. If that is the case, simply refill the tank. Another reason is that after refilling, you didn't go through the proper reset procedure. It is recommended that you wait 15 minutes before using the humidifier after refilling with fresh water.
