Does the window kit work for crank out windows? null

No. In addition I bought 2 units. I've had them for 20 days now. One of the units needs to be drained every hour. I contacted the manufacturer and they said I should build a reservoir to solve that problem I asked him if an external reservoir was necessary why was it not include or why do you not offer such a Product as an accessory? Best buy customer service said they may make an exception to their 15 day return policy. We shall see.
