“How long is the vent hose? We need the unit to be about 10' from a window we wondered if the hose would be long enough?”

The hose is about 5 foot long stretched up to 6 feet. We got dryer hose and added it to it and it works just fine.

10 feet? Absolutely not. This hose is closer to four feet, and it repeatedly states in the manual that lengthening the hose yourself voids the warranty. Also, speaking about the hose, the seal isn’t that great. Keep looking, but shy away from this one.
