The length of the exhaust hose is 12 inches and can be extended to 47 inches (30 cm to 120 cm). The hose is about 5 foot long stretched up to 6 feet. We got dryer hose and added it to it and it works just fine.

10 feet? Absolutely not. This hose is closer to four feet, and it repeatedly states in the manual that lengthening the hose yourself voids the warranty. 

Also, speaking about the hose, the seal isn’t that great. Keep looking, but shy away from this one.
