• Yes, if you have a hole through the wall like a dryer vent.

• Possibly. We vented ours through the floor into the garage (via the garage ceiling) and that works well. We used a standard 6" oval sheet metal pipe to be sure the vented air (which is quite warm) fully vents through the the inside floor and ceiling of the garage.

• It does not come with that kind of hardware. You could do it but you have to custom make the thru the wall fitting.
