Thank you for your inquiry. This unit is rated for 500 square feet. We would advise getting a second unit, and possibly a fan to help with air circulation to get air flow between all three rooms. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact our consumer relations team by emailing us at [email protected]. Thank you.

Your total air volume (assuming 8' ceilings) already exceeds the 500 sq ft capacity of the 5300B, which requires Turbo mode (which is loud) to achieve stated CADR specs over 500 sq ft. So, theoretically, 2 units to start. What are the normal rates of air exchange between these partitioned areas? Are partition openings/gaps floor-to-ceiling, across only the tops or portals midway in the partitions? Even with normal air exchanges, were are the dead spots of non-circulating air in each zone? Purely from an ambient noise perspective, I'm thinking 3 units, so that no one unit should ever require continuous Turbo mode to maintain AQ. Not all 3 have to be 5300B. But 3 units not running Turbo would be quieter than 2 with both/either in Turbo. Hope this helps.
